Before you write
Two things answer most messages:
Prayer times look wrong. Open Settings, then Calculation method. The default suits many places but not all: mosques in your city usually publish which method and which madhab they follow, and matching it fixes the times. You can also adjust any single prayer by a few minutes in the same screen.
Recitation stops or will not play. Audio streams from everyayah.com, so it needs a connection the first time. Download the surah from the reader and it will play from your device from then on, with no connection needed.
Reporting a problem
If you can, include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version
- what you tapped, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if there is something to see
That is usually enough to find it. If the app closed unexpectedly, say roughly when, and we can match it against the crash reports Apple sends us.
Requests and corrections
Feature requests are welcome. So are corrections: if you find an error in a translation, a transliteration, a reference or a commentary, please tell us and cite the source you are using. Accuracy in the religious content matters more to us than any feature, and those corrections get priority.
Your data
Sajdah Pro collects nothing as you use it, and there is no account to close. The one exception is a message you choose to send us from the feedback screen; if you would like that deleted, ask and we will. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
